Finally, fall is upon us. The leaves are changing colors, and the air is becoming crisp. It is the perfect time to spend outside before the harsh Minnesota winters. If you are interested in the more spooky side of fall, then Route 61 Haunting Experience is the place for you. They offer a haunted house and a haunted hayride. Their haunted hayride is not your average hayride; it is an immersive and scary experience for the rider. If this is too scary and you like a more relaxing fall experience, then Afton Apple is the spot for you. Afton Apple offers two main activities, the Orchard and Corn Maze. The orchard admission fee is $7 for ages five and older and $5 for those younger than five. Admission grants access to their orchards, hayride, petting zoo, and huge playgrounds. Here, you can pick apples and pumpkins. They also have separate admission to their corn maze, which is comprised of three levels. It also has interactive trivia to guide you through the maze.
